Earn up to €500 net per month or €5,000 net per year
Many families find Amalia thanks to the trust and recommendations of our CareMasters. That’s why we want to recognize the value of this gesture.
The CareMaster 5,000 Program is dedicated to CareMasters who already work with Amalia and rewards those who connect a family and a caregiver interested in starting a regular and long-term working relationship.
For each valid employment relationship, you receive €50 net. You can earn up to €500 per month or €5,000 per year.
How it works
A concrete example
You talk to a caregiver friend who tells you they are working without a contract and would like to regularize their situation, with a proper contract and payslips handled correctly.
Or you know a family who is looking for a reliable caregiver for a stable, long-term job.
In these cases, you can put them in touch with Amalia. If the family and the caregiver start a regular and stable employment relationship through Amalia, you receive €50 net.
The program applies exclusively to stable employment relationships. Replacements for holidays, illness, or temporary jobs are not included.
How to join the CareMaster 5,000 Program
Three simple steps

The family contacts Amalia
If you know a family and a caregiver who are interested in starting a working relationship, ask the family to fill out the form on the Amalia website or to contact us at +39 351 730 6700, mentioning your name.
02.
Amalia starts the regular employment contract
Our team contacts the family, clarifies the situation, and takes care of all the documentation. When the employment relationship begins with a regular contract through Amalia, the referral is recorded.
03.
Receive your compensation
If the employment relationship remains active for at least 30 days, the referral becomes valid. In the following month, you receive €50 net for each valid employment relationship.
How much you can earn
€50 net for each valid employment relationship, up to 10 relationships per month and up to 100 relationships per year.
Maximum earnings: €500 per month or €5,000 per year.
When a relationship is considered valid
An employment relationship is considered valid when: it is started as a permanent contract through Amalia, remains active for at least 30 days, and involves exactly the family and the caregiver you referred.
Not included in the program: temporary replacements, fixed-term contracts, and short or occasional jobs.
When you receive the compensation
After 30 days of active work, if the family and the caregiver continue the relationship with Amalia, you receive €50 net for each valid relationship.
The compensation is not granted when: the family is already an Amalia client, the employment relationship does not remain active for at least 30 days, the family and the caregiver do not actually know each other, or the referral does not correspond to a real employment relationship.
